DECO MESH IOT DEVICES INSTABILITY AND CONNECTING TO FAREST NODE

Hello! I'm facing a problem with my mesh system, after reinstalling my network, my IoT devices are suffering from instability, like appearing Offline in the Deco App, and connecting to the fearest node, resulting in bad connection.
Already try to reinstall the network, refresh/restart the devices and Deco network, but no sucess...
My system is:
Deco S7 (main) -> Deco X50 -> Deco X50
All of them are connected via RJ45 cable and in AP MODE.

Hi, Thank you very much for the feedback.
How many smart home devices are under the "IoT network"? Can I have their model numbers?
Both Deco S7 and Deco X50 support Connection Preference. Have you tried to manually set the device to a specific Deco?
How to select a preferred signal source on the Deco App
By the way, is Deco Mesh the only available wireless network?
Wait for your reply and best regards.

@David-TP Hello!
I think the total devices on IoT Network its around 20, most of them are Tuya / Sonoff smart home devices, and i have 3 Tp-Link Tapo cameras.
The strange thing its that some devices are connected to internet and working, but aperring Offline in the Deco App, like the Tapo cameras and Sonoff LED:
Yes, i tried to manually set the preference device connetion to a specific Deco, but it seems not work, the device still connects to the farest Node and, sometimes, after i do that, the device appear Offline in the deco app.
Yes, the deco mesh are the only avaliable wi-fi network, i have disable the wi-fi signal on my main ISP router to avoid interference.

@David-TP any suggestions?
Some devices keep apeering Offline in the app, even if they are connected to network and working fine.

Hi, Thanks for the update. Sorry for the inconvenience.
So far, I didn't have any other suggestions and would like to escalate your case to the senior engineers for further assistance.
At the same time, could you please help me check the following details:
1. May I know why you set Deco S7 as the main Deco, instead of the Deco X50_V1.2?
2. Please refer to this link to help me submit the Deco APP log:How to submit Deco APP log
3. Please also disable "Fast Roaming" and "Beamforming" under Deco APP>More>Advanced to see whether it helps.
Wait for your reply and best regards.

@David-TP Hello! Thanks for the reply.
1. Because my ISP modem/router stays in a place of my home that i dont use too much, so i dont need a more advanced Mesh acess point, so i let the X50 on the places of my house that i have more devices and needed the WiFi 6 of the X50.
2. Ok. I have now submitted the logs.
3. I disabled the Beamforming option, and magically all of my devices where back Online! But... for a couple of seconds, then they back Offline again :( . What could be?

I'm not sure either . Let's wait and see what the engineers have to say about it.
Best regards.

Hello! I received an e-mail of Byron H., and he suggest for change the X50 to be the main Deco. I made the change today, and the problem off connection seems to be solved, not having the problem of offline clients. But, i'm still having and issue that my wifi 2.4ghz its super slow, like 1-2 mbps (even close to the Deco), while on 5ghz i get full speed. That's strange, already tried to do the Network Optimization, but no changes.
My net topology is now:
ISP Modem -> Archer C5 Router -> Deco X50 (main) -> Deco X50 (slave - wired) -> Deco S7 (slave - wired)
Thanks for now.

Hi, nice to see you again.
I saw you updated the email as well and I'd like to see what the engineer is going to say about it.
But I wonder if you enable the Guest network for 2.4GHz only, and test the Guest speed on the mobile phone. How much speed you would get?
Best regards.

Hello! Yes, already try to do that test, but no changes on Guest network. Still poor speed on 2.4ghz.
I really don't know what to do anymore, when correct some issue appears another one...
