  @Osz

Hi, A new 1.6.4 is ready to fix this issue. It is recommended to install the 1.6.4 version here first:

Deco X50_V1_1.6.4 Boosted Network Stability for Smart Home Devices

Thank you very much and best regards.

  @David-TP

My x50 is v1.2 so I cannot test this firmware.

In the end I gave up. The new firmware 1.6.4 didn't brought any kind of solution - same problems.

I did a firmware recovery on all X50s and installed the firmware v. 1.5.5.

Things have been stable since.

I had the first problem since installing the beta firmware this morning. My devices on the vpn client list had no internet and I saw in the Deco app that the VPN client showed "connecting" instead of "connected". I have seen this behaviour before, changing the VPN to connect to a different server and then back to the server I actually want seems to fix it. A reboot of the X50-5G does the same. I am using NordVPN

Before the beta was installed this was happening after every scheduled reboot. I thought the beta had fixed this problem but apparently not.

I will continue to monitor.
