Front bumper stucked ERROR
Hello.
I just bought Tapo RV30 MAX Plus vacuum robot. Connection went smooth, it updated and made map of my apartment.
Problem is that it gets "Front bumper stucked" error constantly. It doesnt finish not even one room without error. It gets error in some simple corners. Instead of trying to move away from obstacle it starts spining 360° and then reports error and stops.
I removed all removable objects and items, chairs etc.
I tried to look for some dirt or something under or behind bumper, as in troubleshoting instructions, but is nothing there to remove or clean (its new!). I also tried tapping bumper.
So what could be problem? Is bumper sensor broken or it doesnt retreat properly? Or is it just bad sofrware design? Do others have same problems? I would like to solve this issue before I decide to return it.
Thank you. Best regards.

Please press the bumper to see if it rebounds normally. Try restarting the device using the power button (long-press the power button for 3s to turn it off and long-press it for another 3s to turn it back on) and check if any errors persist.
If the problem still exists, contact retailer or local TP-Link support to replace the device.

Hello.
Thank you for your answer.
Bumper works, but I think it doesn't retreat fully. When it bumps a little harder in something, it starts spinning and reports error. I tried to pull the bumper a little and I can retreat it 2-3 mm. I guess it should retreat that 2-3 mm by itself, right?
Best regards.

Does the error disappear after you manually press the bumper? Then does it reappear when the vacuum hits the wall again?
Please observe where the robot vacuum tends to bump most often. Does it frequently bump into low obstacles, or does it also experience strong collisions with walls or cabinets?

Yes, the error disappears when I slightly tap or pull the bumper. It does not disappear until I do. I guess those 2-3 mm are the problem. The bumper does not retract correctly.
The robot avoids walls and cabinets. Strong collisions occur mostly with fixed door stop balls, chair legs, and chairs with wheels, mostly lower obstacles. But even if a strong collision occurs, it should not get that error, in my opinion. The bumper should retreat. It's like that push spring is too soft or something.
