Tapo care is not recording to the cloud or even notifications
C200 is not recording to the cloud or sending me notifications. Even after updating the app, upgrading my tapo care subscription to premium, turninfg the camera on/off multiple times. Also updated my notifications just in case but no help. I am frustrated as I relay to tapo for check up on my dogs & what they have done while I am away.

What to do if the Detection feature is not working on the TP-Link Camera?
If the problem remains, please confirm:
1. Send me a picture of the camera's Device Settings > Detection page and the pictures of the enabled detection types page.
2. Send me a picture of the Notification settings page.

All the possible notifications are on and I have also enabled the setting that has the camera following motion. So the clips should be there.

Hi,
Please enable the Alarm feature on the Tapo app for your camera.
How to configure the Alarm feature for the Tapo Cameras on the Tapo app?
Then try to move in front of your camera, go to the Tapo app > Home tab > Bell > your camera page, and then check if you receive a notification on this page and if the camera alarms when detecting a motion.
If the detection feature is not working, you may try to factory reset the camera and reconfigure it.
