Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.3.15



C200 is not recording to the cloud or sending me notifications. Even after updating the app, upgrading my tapo care subscription to premium, turninfg the camera on/off multiple times. Also updated my notifications just in case but no help. I am frustrated as I relay to tapo for check up on my dogs & what they have done while I am away.

Hi,
It seems the detection feature is not working on the camera so no video clips are stored on the cloud. You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot.
What to do if the Detection feature is not working on the TP-Link Camera?
 

If the problem remains, please confirm:
1. Send me a picture of the camera's Device Settings > Detection page and the pictures of the enabled detection types page.
2. Send me a picture of the Notification settings page.

All the possible notifications are on and I have also enabled the setting that has the camera following motion. So the clips should be there.
