Firmware Version: 1.1.16

I have a C200 with 128GB SD card installed. I also have a TapoCare account which has been running since January. 
 

On recent review of the camera it states there are no videos stored in the Cloud. Why would this be? Seems pointless paying for a service if it isn't working reliably.
