Tapo care stopped recording to cloud - 2 cameras
Tapo care stopped recording to cloud - just 2 cameras.
I have 5 cameras and just 2 of them stopped. All 5 cameras worked fine till today.
I didn't change anything in the settings. Tapo care is still valid till Nov 2023.
I need assistance for this issue.

This two cameras start recording to cloud now !!?? But the camera No. 3 stop recording to cloud now.
There were no changes made on cameras settings.
Where is the problem?

After one hour:
The Camera No1 stopped recording again Camera No2 still recording Camera No3 do not record
No changes were made in the cameras settings.
Strange
I really do not find where could be the problem.
I check it on Android phone and iPad. It's the same

Hello, thank you for the feedback. For this issue, please check the following:
- Whether the motion detection is triggered successfully.
- Check if the detection notification arrives (both push and in-APP notifications).
- (If you are also using SD card for local recording) Check if the motion detection event is recorded in the SD card recording.
- Check whether the camera is in privacy mode when there is a movement. Cloud videos won't be uploaded when the camera in privacy mode.

Cameras are not in the private mode
I have 5 cameras and today all 5 cameras stopped recording.
There were 3 cameras still recording yesterday.
I checked 2 days old records in the APP and there were one camera stopped recording for aprox. 2 hours and then started recording again.
I didn't change settings on cameras.
I think that the problem is not on the cameras...
