I’m trying to set up a smart strip to plug my router into.
The Wi-Fi connection dropped after I turn off the router. However, It won’t automatically reconnect when I turn it back on.
Do you know how often the Wi-Fi connection should try to reconnect? Is this a known issue?

I plan to have
Modem turn off 5min or 1hour weekly
Wifi AP turn off 5min daily.
