Please check whether the device time is consistent with your local time. (App ->Device's Settings ->Device Info.> Which country/region are you located? 

 

  • Try to power cycle the smart plug
  • Reboot the router.
  • Change router DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.
