WhatsApp Voice And Video Calling Is Also Disconnecting
Hello dear friends, I am losing my connection while making voice and video calls on my Re600x device and whatsapp. I did all the research but I couldn't find a solution, please help
By the way, I don't have any problems when I connect to the main modem

Hi,
If you are connecting to the 2.4G, please switch to 5G and check if the issue still exists.
And make sure that the RE and the backend device are within a good signal range.
If it still cannot work, you can also reconfigure the RE.
Besides, please also check if the other device have the same issue when connecting to RE to locate if it is an issue with certain device or with WhatsAPP.

Surprisingly, when I turned on a single channel the problem was resolved.As far as I know, we could connect to two channels separately.Do you have any information on how this is done?
