Hi,

uve just had my virgin broadband router upgraded to hub 5 for 1gig internet. I've tried to reconnect main deco simply by replacing cables into new router however I have no internet access - is there anything I should be doing as I thought all of have to do is change cables from one box into the other?

If you received a new VM hub then your MAC address would have changed, did you restart the Deco's? Once restarted they should pick up the new MAC address and internet access should be back, you shouldn't need to change any other settings on main Deco.

BT Full fibre 500, 1x X60 V3.2 in router mode and 1 x XE75Pro V2.
