Troubleshooting No SIM card detected by Deco

Phenomenon Description
Occasionally, Deco App will display a message saying "No SIM card detected. Please make sure that your SIM card is inserted correctly into the card slot", and under Deco APP>More>Internet, SIM status is displayed as No SIM, even though the SIM card is inserted properly.
Troubleshooting suggestions:
Case One: No SIM Card Detected during Setup
Please refer to following suggestions:
1. Pull out the SIM card and re-insert it into the Deco.
2. Reset and start the configuration process again.
3. Set up Deco in Wi-Fi Router Mode first and then switch it back to 4G/5G Router operation mode, then check the SIM card status again under Deco APP>More>Internet
4. If still "No SIM", please test the SIM card in a mobile phone or try another SIM card.
Case Two: SIM Status - No SIM
If the Deco has been configured already and shows a red LED now, and after checking the Internet status App in the Deco App, you also find the SIM Status shows "No SIM", please refer to following suggestions:
1. Pull out the SIM and reinsert it into the Deco.
2. Restart the Deco.
3. Test the SIM card in a mobile phone or try another SIM card
4. Reset and reconfigure the Deco.
