Hi,
If the camera is unable to find your home Wi-Fi network but able to find other Wi-Fi networks when configuring it, you can try:
1. Reboot the router, wait for a while and when the router is working, reconfigure the camera for a try.
2. Ensure the router's 2.4G and 5G Wi-Fi have different Wi-Fi names.
3. Do not hide the router's Wi-Fi network to broadcast.
4. Change the router's 2.4G Wi-Fi channel, and ensure the Wi-Fi channel is within 1-11.
Best Regards

@Izzar hello. I wonder if it's a firmware update problem or something, because my cameras stopped working recently too with the same problem, they can't find my wifi network anymore even though it works perfectly. I even used one of the cameras in a different house with a different network and after a couple days it started showing as offline and when i tried reconfiguring it it happened the same, couldn't find the wifi. Followed all the troubleshooting steps and nothing. Incredibly frustrating.

Hi,
1. If the Tapo C225 can connect to a hotspot Wi-Fi successfully, please have a try, and after configuring the camera successfully, update its firmware to the latest one.
2. Check if your router's Wi-Fi network is working.
3. When configuring the Tapo C225 to connect your router's Wi-Fi, if you can see the router's Wi-Fi name but can't connect, check if the Wi-Fi name and password include special characters, such as #, $, etc.
If so, change the Wi-Fi name or password for a try.
You can also try to enable a 2.4G guest network and connect the camera to the guest network.
Best Regards
