Camera not saving any playback
I have an existing Tapo care subscription for the c225 model however the camera has not been saving for a couple of days now. What is causing this issue.

If the problem remains, please help confirm:
1. The MAC address of the Tapo camera that has an issue. (You can send it to @Solla-topee via a private message)
2. The troubleshooting results of the above instructions.
3. The time and date without cloud video clips.

thanks Solla, it works now. However now there is a separate issue. Once in awhile some of the camera will have flashing blue light all of a sudden. Then it will be offline on the app, may I know what is the cause of this issue and how to fix it? It happening at random period to random cameras. So far what I have done is to switch the camera off and switch it on again and it works but this does not seem to be a permenant solution.

If the issue is still the same, please help confirm the following information.
1. The MAC address of the device that has a problem.
2. When an issue occurs, are the camera and your phone connected to the same Wi-Fi network?
3. The model number of the Wi-Fi router and your network topology:
e.g. ISP Spectrum-Archer C7 router<Wireless> tapo device
4. The test results of the above troubleshooting steps.
