Camera playback is replaying the same clip
c200 camera is playing the same clip when you try and watch playback. Live feed is working and it's showing the thumbnail, but when I try and watch the playback, it's the same clip from days ago. I've rebooted loads of times, reset camera by unplugg8ng it, removed all data in camera and updated the app. Subscription is paid and up to date.

For the reported case, it's suggested to delete/uninstall the Tapo app on your phone, clean the Tapo app caches, then reinstall the latest Tapo app and check if it helps.

2. The model number and OS version of your phone.
