M4 Firmware recovery failed

Model: Deco M4

Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version:

set of 3 M4s working fime until power outage which blew 2 x PSUs

replaced and managed to get 2 working again

one is stuck flashing yellow

I have tried the firemware recovery and allsort of advice to try and recover it but nothing is moving it from flashing yellow.

Can anyone help or is it a paperweight?
