Vpn client stuck on connecting on deco x50
I have a vpn server set up in a remote location with both openvpn and pptp options, I can connect to said vpn server using both protocols from a different router and from a device connected via the problematic Deco x50.
From the deco x50 itself I get the issue of vpn client showing as connecting on both pptp and openvpn. I changed the dns to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 no improvement, same result.
As mentioned, the vpn server is accessible via a different router and via phone connected through the deco, the deco itself will not connect and I need it to connect so I can enable the vpn on specific clients that do not have the vpn client option, any ideas or tips?
My vpn server is Archer vr2100v if it makes any difference...

Not for me I also did this with the codes. It connects me for 3 seconds then the internet cuts out again. Only surfshark vpn works.

Hey @David-TP, is there any update or ETA on a bugfix for this?
This is clearly a bug and not a user misconfiguration. I'm also hitting this issue on a Deco X50 as same as many other here.

Hi, Can I have the current firmware version of your Deco X50?
Which VPN server do you plan to connect to? via OpenVPN or other VPN protocols?

@David-TP I have this exact problem also. I am on a deco xe75.
I am trying to connect my Deco network as a client to Keep Solid VPN Unlimited. I have tried OpenVPN, IKEv2 and L2TP. None of them seem to work.
