Hi ,
Im using for a long time the deco m5 few units .
The main is acting as router to fiber to eth cable transformer .
The wifi is very slow at home .
I guess that the m5 as main and as gigabit router is a tough job for him .

I had im mind a idea to replace the main to a strong archer that can handle both wan and lan .

So wiil the Archer shown on my main deco app or its a separate one ?

As the Archer will be main il replace all decos to be Access point only and then loss some futures .

Please advise

Hi, Nice to see you again.

Archer will not be part of the Deco Mesh system. It will not show up on the Deco APP

Compared to adding an Archer router, it is suggested to add a higher Deco, such as Deco X50/Deco XE75 as the main Deco.

Can different Deco models work together?
