Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.5.0 0.9.1 v00a1.0 Build 220321 Rel.60385n

The modem has no USB settings and does not support any USB.


When using some VPNs and proxies, it does not work properly, while they work properly in older modems.

Hi, for VR400 V3, the USB port is only used to connect 3G/4G USB Modem, it doesn't support USB storage sharing.

 

Regarding the VPN and proxies issue, please provide more details about your network topology and also the problem.
