Hi,

Can somebody help me?

My M4R(US) Ver:2.0 was stucked to the default 1.1.9 Build 20200119 Rel. 75362 firmware. I tried several methods but nothing is working. See below what i have done so far.

1. On the Deco App

2. On the WEBUI, manual update

3. Recovery mode, by accessing the 192.168.0.1

Hi, Thank you very much for your time and patience.

I see your current firmware 1.1.9 Build 20200119 Rel. 75362 is a customized version for local service provider PLDT. Is your internet service provider also PLDT and the Deco was provided by the provider?

Normally the ISP customized version could not update to the general versions like 1.5.6 on the official website.

Thank you for your response.

I just bought this M4 unit online and have no knowledge about this customized firmware for pldt. So, there's no way nor method to change the firmware to general version? I also have another M4 units (Version 3) bought online as well, but this units i can see that it comes from pldt (indicated in the serial). Does it mean i can't also update this to the latest versions? Currently, these M4 V3 are running 1.5.1 versions which i believe this is the latest versions?
