Model: RE305
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version:

Hello, I have 3 RE305 repeater with same hardware version v4. I have updated 2 of the repeaters with lastest firmware with easymesh support (1.0.23 Build 230418 Rel.60395n) but the one repeater always says "firmware upto date" whenever I check for new updates. It's having the old firmware 1.0.11 Build 220805 Rel.55827n which is few builds old. I tried resetting the repeater and trying again but it doesn't work.

I haven't received a single update to this repeater after buying it while others received 2-3 updates.

I tried to download the latest firmware from the TP-Link website but the latest firmware available in the website is 1.0.11 Build 220805 Rel.55827n and not the latest firmware 1.0.23 Build 230418 Rel.60395n.

I saw you started another thread with the same question.

If you're so keen to upgrade FW manually - check your RE FW region on the device bottom sticker - details.

If it's an EU region, you can download the FW manually from here.

Bare in mind that you've been advised to wait for a while to have this update installed - here.

If this was helpful click on the arrow pointing upward to make it blue. If this solves your issue, click the star to make it blue and mark the post as a "Recommended Solution".
