Hi, thank you very much for posting on TP-Link Community.
1. The issue started since firmware update of the router, or since the Tether App update? and what is your App version?
2. You mentioned that the issue happens only on mobile data, you mean local management via App works fine, only remote management has this issue, right?
3. When the issue happens, if you restart the router, will the App display everything correctly again?
4. Please confirm if web interface has similar issue or not

1. yes. After firmware update on router that problem pop up .
2. Exactly . Local management works fine like always , but remote management via mobile data not working at all .
3. I trying restart router multiple times , but without changes .
4. I can't try web interface on mobile data ,
I got another one C6 v4 and that router working just fine after update ...
maybe u can try login to my router and u will see that problem .( Home up has that problem )
I got newest Teter update 4.2.4 (Build 305)

Hi, could you please try a different wireless network instead of the phone 4G?
If it has the same issue, please provide us with your router MAC address via private message.

looking at your screen shots I assume this is an iphone you are using and having the problem on? Do you perhaps also have an Android phone that you could try to connect to the router via 4g/5g?
thanks
