Hello @vidyasagar
Thank you for posting on the TP-Link Community.
Since you're trying to remotely access the local computer from an outside network, you will need to do a Port Forwarding on the WR841N router first. Follow the guide below to open TCP port 3389 on the WR841N:
Port forwarding: how to set up virtual server on TP-Link wireless router?
When proceeding with the Port Forwarding on the WR841N, please make sure you've received a public IP address on the WAN page from your internet provider. If not, you need to contact your provider to help with a public IP first.
After finishing the Port Forwarding settings on the WR841N, you can try to do a remote connection from an outside network with the public IP address.
Go through the following steps to enable the Remote Desktop on your computer:

Can you draw me a detailed network layout? How are the PCs connected to the network, and how would like to access from one to another? Thanks.
