Hello. Do you have a step by step guide on setting up Open VPN on the X55 using the deco app? Or does this need to be done via the Web UI? As I don't see any option when in the web Ui!

@Rikko Hey Rikko, I was wondering if there is a timeframe for the release of these features on other models? I have a Deco X90 and am thinking of switching to ASUS because their mesh systems have full feature set.
Would love to have wireguard vpn too, really speeds up connections as requires less CPU

I am trying to use the new code to establish a VPN client in my X50. I got a subscription to ExpressVPN and put my credentials in the VPN client section, and uploaded an OpenVPN config file from ExpressVPN.
Then I tried adding either individual devices to the VPN access list, or telling it to use the vpn client for all devices.
My X50 said it was connected to the ExpressVPN node, but no internet traffic would flow.
As a sidebar, I downloaded the ExpressVPN app to my iPad, and this worked fine while attached to the X50.
Appreciate any advice on debugging, the ExpressVPN support guys did not have any clever suggestions.
thanks!

@Mbauer5 Hi! have you figure out this one? I have exactly the same issue, but with NordVPN. I tried with one client only and there is no internet on the client despite the VPN Client shows as "connected" on the Deco app.

@David-TP Hi, please we need your help. I went on to buy a x50 v1.0 and added to my current network of three x20. The VPN Client is not working.
I have established connection with NordVPN (with TCP configuration file) and enabled only one client. The rest of the clients have internet, but not the one client enabled with NordVPN.
Please advice on what type of bug this is and how to solve it.

@Dan1 ,
Sorry I have not figured it out. I appreciate your comment because we have each tried a different VPN service but gotten similar results.
I am hoping one of the TP-Link tech's can chime in and help us both.
Thanks,
Mark

@David-TP Also interested if VPN / IOT network features are coming to X60? Currently I am having some issues with Ring devices on the mesh (optimizing network + channel change causes some ring devices not to be able to reconnect to the network). Additionally some ewelink devices fail to connect to dual 2.4/5ghz networks (already using main and guest network so separate iot network would be a good workaround).
