Hi, updated base firmware.

 

Now camera which was previously working without issue has no IP....LED are solid red and is unresponsive.

Doesn't connect to app, it's just basically broken.

 

Tried a reset, nothing happens.

 

Need emergency firmware to roll back to original rather than seek a return.

Where do i find the return address to manufacturer?

For RMA request, you can reach our local customer service here and provide the SN number, proof of purhcase etc.
