Ciao la mia telecamera tapo C310 è rosso fisso dopo un aggiornamento e non può essere ripristinato utilizzando il pulsante di ripristino. Vorrei che mi inviassi il firmware (file più recente) e un manuale su come inserire manualmente il firmware su una scheda SD e anche come posso farlo collegandolo al mio PC. Grazie.
