Tapo C310 - Firmware update bricked camera

Hi there,
As the title says, a firmware upgrade, seemingly successful, no loss of power or wifi connection bricked my C310 camera. The device won't boot anymore, the status and night lights are constantly red.
Tried powering on/off, and resetting multiple times, with and without the SD card, but the device is completely unresponsive.
Is there a way to fix this manually, or is a warranty claim my only option?

Hello everyone,
If the Tapo C310 camera got a firmware update failure, make sure you have tried to factory reset the camera with the camera powered on, check camera still responds to a factory reset, or if the camera still broadcasts the Tapo_Cam_XXX default SSID, or if the LED flashes amber and green.
If the camera responds to a factory reset and has a flashing amber and green light, you can refer to the instructions below to reconfigure the camera.

If a factory reset does not help, you can try the suggestions in the thread below.
What to do if my Tapo Camera gets bricked after a firmware update?
If the above steps do not help, please contact the retailer or local support to check the device warranty.
When contacting local support or retailer, you may attach 1. the problem description with device model and hardware version 2. Led status on camera 3. if there was any power outage 4. the proof of purchase and S/N, so they could deal with your case faster.
