The chipset driver is provided by a chipset manufacturer that may fix various issues, it could be still under test stages by TP-Link.
For the initial installation, please download and install the TP-Link official driver.
If the adapter does not work properly with the official driver being installed, you could try the chipset driver.

@Solla-topee Can we get an updated realtek chipset driver for these devices. The shared chipset drivers cause a lot of ping spikes and lag when playing online games.

Hi all, apparently there is an updatet Realtek Driver: drv_WLAN_Realtek_USB_1030.45.0422.2022 which works ok on a device - T3U Plus. Dated may 2022.
But TpLink just don't care about support. Google it to get an update - because this forum doesn't allow to post links, or PM me for a it.
It's so sad that tplink don't care about their device support. Never again I'm going to buy something from this vendor!
