Cant see the VR2800 on any list here...

I have just installed the 2800 to replave my Sky Q hub. Its seems to work OK but I have several issues.

Whenever I try and change a setting it takes ages to save and even then I'm not sure if it has. I then get an Error 80002 with no explanation of what it is.  I cant see the wireless on my phone even thought I did hide it and think I have un hid it. It doesnt show up even if I stand next to it

As you can imagine this is very frustrating as the Sky Q hub was instant at everything

Any advice appreciated
