@TP-Link

@TP-Link_Deco

Same problem here with a deco x60. Everything is working fine, but working with zoom is very inestable.

1.

X60(2.0)
1.0.5 Build 20201013 Rel. 64247
X60(2.0)
1.0.5 Build 20201013 Rel. 64247

2. Our case is the A, the zoom sessions constantly pop out.

3. We changed the deco to AP mode but it did not help with the problem.

4. Only One windows laptop is not working. The laptop is using the Wireless(2.4G)

5. None of the other apps that we are using have a similiar problem.

The Main Deco is connected to a Huawei EchoLife HG8245Q2 via the ethernet port and the second Deco is conected on WI-FI backhaul

Same here. Two X20 (V1.0) units with the latest firmware, router mode, Zoom lags on a Samsung Galaxy S10 phone. Internet speed is 600 Mb/sec up and down, about 250 Mb/s on the device. Other conferencing services are working properly. @TP-Link please fix ASAP, Zoom is being used by kids at school for online lessons, no way to change the service.

@tim.mac119 Hi,

I have exactly the same problem and I'm using the M9 series and since the last update I think it is worse.

I have disconect and connect wifi to have fluid video again constant. I tried almost everything... only 2.4Ghz, only 5 Ghz, I have the computer as priority ( only 2 PCs ) , switched QOS  to streaming, to conversation.... nothing works!

MY ISP gives me 200MB and when I do a wirelles speed test it gives me near 200... all this happens near or far of the main deco.

It's frustrating

I have this problem as well after the latest firmware update. I was just about to upgrade my M5 but now I cannot in good faith. Please consider me a lost customer due to the lack of support to fix this issue or allow firmware downgrades.

I have made no changes to my system (Virgin hub3 & 3 X M4's) since I first posted in this thread but I have seen none of the same  problems as everyone else. We regularly have a couple of zoom calls running with no lag. We also have simultaneous MS Team session running (kids homeschooling) and I can stream via Britbox at the same time with no issues. The only difference between my setup and others may be that I still have the WiFi running on the VM router as well as the deco's but all devices are set to connect to the deco's. Not sure how that would improve the situation for me but given the lack of support from tplink I thought I'd share it

@TP-Link_Deco

I had the same issue, but an update to the firmware seems to fix it. The issue is when I replied back to support, they stated they don't know what the issue is and don't think the firmware would fix it permanently and would probably occur again. Also if I felt that other mesh system works, I should probably try that.
It's certainly honest.  I just wish it would be solved, but appreciate it since I have a small window to return.

@AnneH The issue dragged on for so long I ended up purchasing a new laptop (not the only reason TBH) and I've had no issues with the Mesh system since
