Hardware Version: V6
Firmware Version: quad-core cpu

AC1300 Deco M5 - I already install and connect the 3 deco, when i put it on their location, the color is green but when i check in my deco app, it shows one of the deco is disconnected? Is there a problem with the unit? Can you please help me..thanks

Hello, please help confirm below info and we will try to fix it:

1. What is the current network diagram?

2. What is the LED status of the problematic Deco M5? Try to power it off then on to confirm again.

 

Below are some suggestions you can give it a go.

1. Relocate this problematic Deco node.

2. Swap the locations of the Deco.

3. Ensure the firmware is up to date. 

 

If it is this specific Deco unit fails to join the network, refer to the below instructions to reconfigure it:

https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/1447/
