Can not find Freesat box

I've just got a new Freesat box and my Tablet cannot detect my boxto enable me to set recordings remotely.All are on the same network. Before I put my Deco in all was well with my old box.

Ive tried switching off both 2.4 and 5 networks one at a time in case they were on different ones. Or can you set a device to use just say 2.4.

can anyone help me please

1. What's the model number of your Deco? What's the hardware and firmware version of the Deco?

2. Please describe your network diagram in detail.

3. If the Freesat box and tablet are connected to the same Wi-Fi network, what's the IP address on the Freesat box and tablet?

@TP-Link_Deco Since posting this it would seem it's a problem with the Freesat app. A lot of people are having the same problem.
