Where did you get the new firmware update? Could not find it on the german or spanish TP-Link website.

Btw, the only reply I got so far concerning the OneMesh option for the Archer C6 was a standard, non-informative reply from the technical support, which did not solve my (our) problem at all.

Is there anything else we can do?

@VBcgn you can just go to the router control panel or tether app and use the online upgrade

@VBcgn The sites are not updated. You just need to enter router control panel and click on "check update".

This is outrageous.

The product is listed and we are not getting the one mesh update, USA version is MONTHS ahead.

Unfortunately for me i've decided to buy some products from this brand, first time i'm doing this.

Rest assured i'll not make this mistake anymore.

@Yash1389 A6 for online stores, C6 for retail (or similar). They are the same router. It has been metioned here before, I think.

@QWERTZ Yes, I'm still waiting for that update. I dont't know the reason they publish updates one year before in USA, and more frecuently. Never again. My old Asus with wifi N is still receiving updates (latest from yesterday)

I just emailed TP-Link again and this was what they said initially:
