incorrect offline state after M4 firmware update
incorrect offline state after M4 firmware update
After firmware update of my M4 , wifi camera is shown in offline state in deco app., but actually it is online, connected to one of the Decos and works properly. If click on it in app (in offline mode), I can see wifi connection to the Deco :). So what does it mean?

Try to reboot the Deco M4 and the wifi camera. Meanwhile, try to close and re-open the Deco app to give it a go.
Any updates, please let us know.

From Pa attached, there is no IP address, may I know have you ever setup a static IP for the camera?
At that time, can you ping the camera from another device, like computer in the same network?
And what is the model number of the camera?
Thanks in advance.

Everything is operational, except the fact that in DECO app it's shown as offline device )) Stream of the camera is OK, it is available from the home network as well as from the internet. Web-interface of the camera is available as well. Pings are OK. IP camera is CAMHI pcs 112. And yes, it uses static IP.

And another feature. While other wifi devices see one mesh network as it should be, this one sees three - per one for every DECO as I understand

Thanks for your reply. From the pic attached, the LAN IP of the wifi camera is 192.168.88.137, while the LAN IP of the Deco M4 is 192.168.68.1 by default.
Theoretically, if you have not changed the LAN IP of Deco M4, to make devices access each other, the static IP of the camera should be 192.168.68.x.
So may I know what is the current network topology? What is the LAN IP of the Deco M4 now?
To do a comparison test, with a computer connected to the Deco M4, please click here to check its IP and gateway; then try to ping the IP of the camera and show us the ping results.
Please ensure that the static IP of camera is in the same subnet as the Deco M4 and then check whether it still shows offline.
Good day.

3 units of Deco m4 work in AP mode. Two of them are connected to the main router using eth line, last one is wifi extender. DHCP server is running on the main Mikrotik router. All users, (except ip cameras and NVR) including all three Decos get IP addresses from the main router via DHCP. On the picture there is an ip address of the Deco, to which problem ip camera is connected. All three decos have dinamic IP at the same network: 192.168.88.12; 192.168.88.19; 192.168.88.21. PC has 192.168.88.18

Miracle has happened. Everything is working now properly after changing IP address of the camera from manual to dhcp and back to manual. Something somewhere was rewritten and everything is correct now ))

Glad to hear that it was resolved finally, thanks for your feedback.
It seems that the original static IP may have something wrong, which makes Deco detect the camera as offline device.
While cause it is working fine now, you can enjoy the internet with the Deco units.
Good day.
