Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.2.8

Hi all!
Can't establysh connection to many chinese devices ( IP camera, LED streap with WiFi controller) purchased in China.
At the same time this devices can connect to router from another manufacturer with EU firmware, but can't connect to M5 with israeli firmware.
I was try any methods to connect, but without positive results...
Who can help me with this issue?

Move them closer to the Deco, and then try to connect to the Deco network.

 

Meanwhile, try to use the instructions as below:

 

1. Try to disable 5GHz.

 

2. Disable fast roaming and setup QoS as standard.

Thank you for help.

After  fast roaming disabling,  the camera was connected. 

Now I think , how to enable fast roaming and still the camera connected...

With camera connected to the Deco network, you can re-enable the fast roaming via Deco app to see whether it work. 

 

If the camera lost connection, try to reconnect to it as the guidance mentioned on fast roaming page.
