I emailed tp link support late last week on when 1.6.0 will be available and their answer was “most probably this year”. So it might not even be this year!!

9 months now since the beta started!! Seriously what is going on as this is getting ridiculous

Can you please provide an update on the release for 1.6.0 TP link as it has been 8 months now since the beta was released.

And yet we will still wait for 1.6.0. More to the story as to why it’s been so long now. Even the recent firmware releases you had to update from your pc instead of doing it from your phone as like...
