figured it out. it was the macos automatic unzip thing that was screwing up the upgrade executable file. Unzipped using "Keka", upgrade went fine.

@PhanMan I am trying to the same upgrade on my mac and this "upgrade_GDPR" is not opening. It is not the mac security error, it just says file can't be opened. any suggesstions? I even tried going...
