I think you can use a topology to test.PC1-----(wan)TL-WR740N(LAN)-----PC2,You can set an static IP on the wan of the router,and use PC1 to visit your website after you finish the port forwarding.

The old firmware 120424 is the stable one.I think the new firmware will drop out because of the busy traffic.
