Well this may not be a TP-LINK issue but rather you computer Wireless Network card. Eventually try updating the driver of your WIFI network card and unckeck "Enable power safe"

I believe this is because you set your "Max Idle Time" to 15 minutes. If you set to 0 then your connection will remain active at all times
