a little confused about your needs~ Do you mean your ISP provide you a group of Public IP's? now, is the ADSL modem working properly? Do you want to open port or get the modem access internet?

Do your pc or phone connect to the M7350's wifi? Have you changed the default SSID? If you changed that, the name should be the new one not tp link any more.

Did you do any specail settings for windows computer? Or you may try to reset M7300 to see whether the issue still exists. Never meet the same issue but this is a little strange.
