Product is faulty and to date TP Link have replied to zero posts on it afaik even though they advertise it as their support forum...

It means poor connection / low speed. The product doesn't work reliably and TP Link give zero support here and are not interested in fixing it.

(Disabling jumbo packets and IP V6 on every device I could seems to have helped. It's still not 100% stable, but it's better.)
