@Tomee7 When the app does not connect to the Deco, it often helps to restart the app. Instead of changing the DNS config on your modem, did you try restarting the modem?

@Bedders If it is RJ11, your ISP modem is probably a DSL modem. Your Deco XE75 cannot replace a DSL modem.
