Almost 2,5 years later from the start of this thread and still no mDNS for the TL-R605 v1.0. why is TP link not fixing this s**t???? Have seen promises for over a year now but still nothing here.......

keep the posts alive. Q2 is almost over and still no other update then a promise for a mDNS added feature in the 5.2 release that should still be released in Q2 ^^ I am thinking about swaping...

@Fae I think there is a bug in the preconfigured address when selecting a VLAN when i only change the last digits it will not accept the change (ip address) when i retype the whole address myself it...

@JoePalmer Try to retyp the ip address completely, it looks like the pre-typed address has a space in it or something else. when i typed the address myself instead of using the pre-typed address it...

as i tryed to give my final WLED device a fixed IP it did not accept the new address wich is stranges while the other devices done before the latest update where able to get a address from that same...

@Xstreem I have seen an other webinar yesterday that they are still finalising the version 5.1 Rollout. After that they will finaly start with the 5.2 version witch holds the mDNS function...
