I rebuild my Network with my old Apple Airport Extreme and the network is completely stable again. No outs, no interruptions, all back to normal. That rules out my internet connection so the problem...

@ErnieBernie It's solved. I can see in the TP Link app for Deco that it automatically connects to 2.4 or 5Ghz so I can use my guest network separately.
