Hi, This modem is not and probably will not be supported by TP-LINK, unless they do a major software re-write. That is my opinion by the way, and based on the limited 4Mb flash ram in these routers....

The 312U comes with a short usb cable. Connect this between the router and the Sierra and see if the situation improves? Cheers John k
