usually tp-link router has their own web interface, never heard that we can make one on our own...you may contact tp-link technical support directly to see whether it is possible

factory reset doesn't help? the light is flashing green or red? it is connected to your router via ethernet cable, right? usually red means it is bad

i contacted tp-link support and they told me that some website or app can't be recognized by Trendmicro so it will show as null. It will be fixed in the next update.
