Can you open tplinkcloud.com to view your camera when you are on 4G or other wifi?

Additional formatting program? You are not using tpcamera app to update? If you did the update go by the book, that would not void warranty I think.

Put that link in the FFMPEG(H264) URL box, delete Arguments content.
