Firmware of your WR841N is old... Download the latest firmware and upgrade it. Reset and reconfigure it. http://www.tp-link.com/en/download/TL-WR841N_V9.html

The PC is the only device with the problem, right? Can you try static IP on it? Maybe it helps. Or connect the PC directly to the modem instead of the switch and test.

Update: DHCP not working It can be solved by deleting the bridge item. Go to Network-->WAN settings-->8/35 Bridge: Delete
