Hi,this is because the firmware didn't build-in your ISP information. So it will not show your ISP name. M5350v1 is an old product and discontinued now. Maybe there will be no more firmware upgrade.

What's the firmware version of your Archer D7? Normally the DDNS will try to reconnect after a current. If it' not the latest firmware,you can upgrade it first....
