I think you cannot use monitoring program (DSL Stats i suppose). The W8960N is on the list of supported router but it's a mistake.

I did the test with RJ45, same problem. Yes, it's 80 ko/s in France (im french, living in Portugal). In France, it's ko = kilo octet ( kilo byte in English )
