Is it possible to subscribe for email notifications of new firmware releases of the Deco E4 (hardware V1) and Deco M4 (hardware V2)?

@TP_LINK is it save to update the E4s to the Apr-21 firmware when the main M4 is on the Oct-20 firmware?
